We cannot recommend The Fireplace Company highly enough. Kirstie and James were exceptional from start to finish. This is the second time we have used them, having originally purchased a gas fire from them nearly 20 years ago, and the level of care, knowledge, and professionalism remains outstanding. Nothing feels rushed or sales-driven — their advice is thoughtful, honest, and clearly comes from years of experience. Dealing with them feels more like talking to old friends than a sales process, which makes a huge difference when you're making an investment in your home. Our new log burner is beautiful and has completely transformed the space — both aesthetically and in how the house feels.

After looking at a few providers we decided to use The Fireplace Company to remove our old gas fire in our Lounge and replace it with a Media Wall. James was really helpful in going through our options and the process for booking the work was very straightforward. The fitting team arrived in September as planned and were fantastic (all the more appreciated as we know it was a decent journey each day to do the work). It's fair to say we have been delighted both with the new fire and the quality of the work. After complete redecoration, and new flooring to go with it, we now have a fabulous modern contemporary lounge and we've already had many comments on how good it all looks. Thanks again for a terrific job done.

We had a new fireplace fitted today by the Fireplace Company. It looks great, and the work done by Adam & Kieron was first class. They were friendly and very efficient, getting the whole job done in less than two hours, and left leaving everything looking really tidy. We are really pleased, and would highly recommend the company to others.

Super helpful at showroom, sorted exactly what we wanted. Someone came to house to check out what we were having and made further recommendations, he was right! Work done beautifully, with not too much dust, even though we had been warned about the mess, it really wasn't an issue. They are even resolving another issue for us and coming back in days to do so. They made it painless, as I had always been reluctant to have it done! It's the service you want!

From start to finish James and his staff have been perfect, no pushy sales just good advice. Went for the Salisbury with brick surround, the fitters cracked on with things making sure all was covered so minimal dust. Day 1 knocked all out day 2 fitted and tested. I could not hope for a better service from all. Even got a call the next day to make sure I was happy with the work and the fire and wanted to make sure I was happy lighting it on the top. Exceptional service from start to finish. We have removed a 1950's fireplace and replaced it with a Chesney fire surround with slate hearth and gas stove (Huntingdon 30 log effect). Installers were clean, tidy and efficient. We highly recommend this company
